The easiest way is to use our online cancellation form. Simply complete the form provided above. Once submitted, we will confirm receipt of your cancellation by email (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM German time).

Alternatively, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal by email, post, or by using the model cancellation form below.
 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply complete and submit our online cancellation form. Alternatively, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by letter or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
 

Return Instructions
Please note that we voluntarily extend your right of withdrawal to 30 days.

To ensure a full refund, we kindly ask you not to remove the protective films from the watch, metal bracelet or clasp during this period. Please also refrain from resizing the metal bracelet.

Returned goods should be in excellent condition and must not show any damage, scratches or signs of wear resulting from improper handling, wearing the watch or opening the case.

Once we have received your withdrawal, we will provide you with all further instructions regarding the return of your order.
 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
 

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
 

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
 

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
 

End of the Cancellation Policy

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to contracts for the supply of goods:

• made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;

• which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive.
   

The right of withdrawal also expires prematurely, among other things, for contracts concerning the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
