If you are not satisfied with your Findeisen watch or an accessory product, you can send back unworn, undamaged goods that you purchased online at www.findeisen-uhren.com by email within 30 days of delivery for a refund Apply for the purchase price, provided that the goods are in their original condition and are undamaged.
 

• Only orders placed on www.findeisen-uhren.com can be returned.

• The goods cannot be returned to sales outlets.

• Any product that does not pass the quality check by customer service (e.g. scratches, worn or damaged items, missing components) will be returned to you with no refund.

• A personalized product (embossing, engraving, etc.) cannot be canceled or returned after purchase.
