All shipping costs include statutory VAT. They apply per order.

Straps and accessories
Straps, watch boxes and pins have their own shipping costs. If you order them together with a watch, they are added to the watch's shipping costs. A strap included free with a watch ships at no extra cost.
Note: additional customs duties and import fees may apply in your country.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 5–10 days and abroad within 10–21 days of conclusion of the contract (for agreed advance payment, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship them in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Further payment details
When paying by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, your account is charged when the contract is concluded. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available depending on your device and browser.
When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal during checkout and confirm the payment there.
When paying with Klarna, you choose one of the payment options offered by Klarna during checkout; Klarna’s terms also apply.
For advance payment, you will receive our bank details with the order confirmation. We ship the goods once payment has been received.
