Every Findeisen watch is crafted in our workshop in Nuremberg and carefully inspected before it leaves our hands.

That's why every timepiece comes with a 3-year warranty.

 

PEACE OF MIND, INCLUDED

 

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that existed at the time of purchase.

If an issue should arise during the warranty period, we'll take care of it—whether your watch was purchased directly from Findeisen or through an authorized retailer. Depending on the situation, this may include repair, replacement of components, or replacement of the watch with an equivalent model.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, or work performed by unauthorized third parties.
