FINDEISEN develops and builds watches of high quality. Every FINDEISEN timepiece is manufactured in the Franconian town of Nuremberg. Before your watch leaves our factory, it goes through the strictest quality controls. These factors give us such peace of mind that all FINDEISEN watches come with a 3-year guarantee.

FACTS THAT CALM
 

Our guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects that existed at the time you purchased your FINDEISEN. If, contrary to expectations, you should have a problem with your watch during these 3 years, we will fix it free of charge.  
 

Regardless of whether you have purchased your FINDEISEN from us in our online shop or from your trusted dealer. Every official FINDEISEN dealer will answer all your questions and will be happy to help you in the event of a warranty claim.

During the warranty period, you have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge upon presentation of the stamped certificate or the associated invoice. This includes the repair or replacement of spare parts and / or the elimination of errors that have been identified by our customer service. In the event that repairs do not lead to the restoration of the normal conditions of use of your FINDEISEN watch, we guarantee you a FINDEISEN replacement watch with identical or similar properties. The guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and damage caused by accidents or lack of care. The guarantee becomes void in the event of intervention by persons who were not authorized by FINDEISEN to do so.
